THQ Names Legal VP

Agoura Hills-based THQ, a developer and publisher of interactive entertainment software and video games, announced Monday that it has appointed Edward L. Kaufman as Executive Vice President, Business and Legal Affairs, and Corporate Secretary. Kaufman was most recently EVP, General Counsel, and Secretary at World Wrestling Entertainment. He has also served at Hanna-Barbera and NBC.
