SpaceX, Boring Co. Engineers Headed To Thailand To Assist In Rescue
Engineers from SpaceX and Boring Co. are headed to Thailand, in an attempt to lend a hand in the rescue of the boys' soccer team trapped in a flooded cave. Elon Musk--who had been chiming in on possible technical solutions to the predicament--said in a late night tweet Thursday evening that the engineers will see if they can be helpful to the government there. 12 boys, all on the same soccer team, and their coach, were trapped on June 23rd; a Thai diver, a former Thai Navy SEAL, died yesterday as word came that the boys may be running out of air in the cave chamber.
SpaceX & Boring Co engineers headed to Thailand tomorrow to see if we can be helpful to govt. There are probably many complexities that are hard to appreciate without being there in person.
