Quest Acquires Binary Tree
Aliso Viejo-based Quest Software, which develops systems management and security software, said early this morning that it has acquired Binary Tree, a developer of Microsoft migration tools. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. According to Quest, the move will help strengthen its position in the Microsoft modernization market. Binary Tree was founded in 1993, and offers up software for migrating to-and-from various platforms to Office 365, and got its start providing migration from Notes and Domino. Quest said it will continue to sell and support Binary Tree's products, as it works through integration of the organization.
