PCM Completes En Pointe Technologies Sales Buy

El Segundo-based PCM said late Wednesday that it has completed its acquisition of Gardena-based En Pointe Technologies Sale, an independent Microsoft IT solution provider. The asset purchase deal was worth $15M in cash, plus also includes unspecified earnout. PCM said the deal will "significantly" enhance its relationship with key vendors, and also help it scale its business.
