Novatel Wireless Ships New Products
San Diego-based Novatel Wireless, a developer of wireless broadband data cards, announced three new products today. According to Novatel, it has launched two new embedded modules, and a USB modem, all focused on the HSPA network market. The new products are targeted at connecting laptops with high speed, cellular data networks. Novatel's new products include the E970D, for HSPA networks in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia; the E960D for HSPA networks in North America; and the Ovation MC995D USB Modem, designed for use in Europe. Novatel's modules are embedded in laptops by hardware manufacturers; the USB modem is geared towards consumers and businesses.
