Napster Expands Mobile Phone Support
Los Angeles-based Napster announced this morning that the company's Napster To Go service is now available on the Motorola Moto Q. The phone support is the latest in the company's list of compatible cell phones. Napster uses the Microsoft's Windows Mobile 5.0 and Windows Mobile 2003 format and platform for supporting its digital music download service. Napster competes against Apple's iTunes, and markets an all-you-can-eat digital music subscription service based on a monthly fee.
