MySpace Debuts New Timberlake Design
MySpace, the online social networking site which is now owned by Specific Media, has finally rolled out its new, Justin Timberlake-inspired web design, in conjunction with the release of a new single from Timberlake and JAY Z. The new design--which has been in limited beta since fall of last year--is part of an overhaul of the site being made by Specific Media since its purchase of MySpace in 2011. The new interface includes full screen graphics, modern styling, right left scrolling, Pinterest-style tagging and conversations, as well as other slick UI updates. The new MySpace has been fighting a somewhat uphill battle to gain back relevancy and overcome the negative bias of the technology press to the brand.
