Language Weaver Integrates With RightNow
Los Angeles-based Language Weaver, a developer of automated language translation systems, said this morning that it has integrated its product with customer relationship management vendor RightNow. Language Weaver said that its automated translation software can be used within RightNow's CX contact center agent desktop, to offer multilingual customer care. The integration--through a new product called GlobalConnect for RightNow--can used to automatically publish multilingual content. Pricing of the product was not announced by Language Weaver.
