Ingenu Boots CEO, Shifts Direction

San Diego-based Ingenu, the developer of Internet-of-Things (IoT) technology, said this morning that it has replaced its CEO, John Horn, effective immediately. According to Ingenu, it has named its Chairman, Babak Razi, as Interim CEO. Razi is Managing Partner at Third Wave Ventures. Ingenu said it will be "realigning its corporate structure" and "refine its strategic direction". The company said it has launched a search for a permanent CEO.
