GoodRx Offers Free Telehealth For Florida Residents Hit By Hurricane Ian
Santa Monica-based telehealth provider GoodRx said today that it is offering up free, online healthcare provider visits to Florida residents impacted by Hurricane Ian. The company said that, through October 17th, Florida residents can be seen by a licensed medical provider on GoodRx, by visiting a special site and using the code FL-CARE-100. Florida residents, of course, will have to have Internet access, which could be a challenge in the most impacted areas of Hurricane Ian--immediately after the storm, Internet access was down for half a million Floridians impacted by the storm.
