FreeConferenceCall.com Expands Into Mexico
Long Beach-based FreeConferenceCall.com, a provider of free, conference calling services, reported Thursday that it has rolled out its services in Mexico. The company said the extension of its service in Mexico is the first in Latin America for the firm. As part of the extension into Mexico, the company said that it has added Spanish speaking customer service representatives who will be available seven days a week. The support will come out of Long Beach, where the company says its workforce is 38 percent Latino. FreeConferenceCall.com is unique in that its services are made free to users via deals with rural telecom carriers and a vague law which grants those telecom carriers payments from major telecommunications firms who complete calls into their network.
