Enclarity Gets Investment From Emdeon
Aliso Viejo-based Enclarity, a developer of healthcare information solutions, recently received an investment from Nashville, Tennessee-based Emdeon. Financial terms of the investment were not announced, however, Emdeon said that the minority equity investment will go to fund development and implementation of several additional healthcare efficiency projects at Enclarity. Encalrity's software is used for claims processing, regulatory compliance and market analysis in the healthare information area. The investment first came to light last week. Enclarity has previously scored venture funding from Bain Capital and Ignition Partners. More information »
