Elon Musk's Weekend: Submarine Spat, Political Scandal
Think it's all roses being a technology mogul and billionaire? Elon Musk, the founder and CEO of Hawthorne's SpaceX, had a rather busy and scandal-ridden weekend. Among Musk's woes: the lead diver that helped lead the rescue of the trapped Thai soccer team called Elon Musk's attempt to create a submarine to rescue the trapped team "just a PR stunt", which sparked a now-deleted angry Twitter response from Musk calling the diver a "pedo". In the second, Musk was accused of donating money to a Republican effort which campaigns against many of the issues his companies stand for, including solar power and electric cars. In the submarine rescue, the lead diver, in an interview with CNN, told Musk "he can stick his submarine where it hurts." Musk has seen deleted his responses on the Thai submarine effort, and pinned supporting quotes from the Sierra Club praising his solar power efforts, among other efforts to patch up his weekend.
Feels like a show & tell weekend. I wonder what the cat dragged in …

Reports that I am a top donor to GOP are categorically false. I am not a top donor to any political party.
