CapLinked Adds New Features
Los Angeles-based CapLinked, the developer of software-as-a-service tools for managing investors communications and exchanges between startups and their investors, told its users today that it has added a number of new features to the site. The firm--which is headed by very early PayPal vet Eric M. Jackson--said it has added a new address book feature, importing of contacts, as well as support for asset sales. CapLinked said the new address feature makes sharing deals on the service easier, and also allows users to import contacts from Gmail, Yahoo Mail, and Hotmail. CapLinked is looking to make it easier for companies raising money to provide information to both current and prospective investors.
