Boingo Extends In Rome
Los Angeles-based Boingo Wireless is continuing to build out its network of airport Wi-Fi access points, saying this morning that it has linked a deal to add its services to two airports in Rome. Boingo said that it will provide its managed Wi-Fi at the Fiumicino and Ciampino airports, through a deal with Aeroporti di Roma (ADR). Financial terms of the deal were not announced. Boingo said the deal comes on top of two, existing airport Wi-Fi locations in Italy. Boingo provides unified access to a network of Wi-Fi access points international, through both its own network as well as those of its partners. Boingo said it now manages its own Wi-Fi network in more than 60 airports worldwide.
