Axiom Microdevices Raises $25M

Irvine-based Axiom Microdevices said Thursday morning that it raised $25M in a Series C funding. The round came from Tallwood Venture Capital, and also included existing investors U.S. Venture Partners, Anthem Venture Partners, and VentureTech Alliance. Axiom is a developer of fully integrated CMOS power amplifiers used for the wireless industry. More information »
